Eastern - Harmonizes and moves blood, especially with gynecological conditions, especially for anemia. Regulates the menses, relieves pain, moistens the intestines, and stops cough. Important herb for beautifying the skin and improving circulation.

Western - Promotes menstruation, promotes urination, for pains (arthritis and rheumatism), gout and sciatica, lung disorders, protects against infection.

Origin: Dang Gui organic cultivation site in Gansu, China

The Tea Cut Dang Gui is the whole root cut into small pieces of 1-3mm so that the herb can fit into tea bags.

Note that while it is common to process Dang Gui with sulfur in order to soften the herb before slicing it, we have our Dang Gui Slices specially processed so that no sulfur or any other additives or preservatives are used when processing the herb.
