Our current lot of Chen Pi is tested positive for very a low amount of pesticides. After testing and rejecting many lots of Chen Pi for a few years, we started working with a grower to produce pesticide-free Chen Pi. They have been trying to grow Citrus reticulata completely free of pesticides for the past year and a half.

While this year's harvest was lightly contaminated by other nearby fields and came up with small amounts of pesticides on the test, it already has a much lower amount compared to other Chen Pi on the market. It also meets the residue safety limits under USP<561> standards.

The grower is now developing a new area to grow the citrus in a much more secluded location away from other conventional fields. We will continue to work with our grower to hopefully be completely pesticide-free within 1-2 years. Please help us support this grower as much as you can.
